Client: Covenant Festival

Contribution: Attended a 3 night black metal music festival and documented the experience.

Biggest Challenge: Capturing the perspective of an outsider while being relevant to insiders. I’m not a metal head but really love the genre and various elements of the subculture. It was rewarding to translate that wide-eyed amazement into a cohesive piece. Excerpt below.
